Doors are now open once again and ready to take on newcomers as well as returning customers.
Please be advised if you already have an open account and would like to re-activate your subscription please feel free to make a new service purchase and pick your desired subscription. Old subscriptions are still available but will need one of our support members to manually fix them to make them once again available for you. If you wish to re-activate your old subscription please submit a ticket with your request.
We have also implemented 3 new payment gateways. In the event your payment gets decline please do the following:
- Change gateway on the invoice from the drop down-menu under "Payment Option".
- Removed credit card from file and re-enter it.
- Make sure CVV (Security code) for the credit card is in place.
- Make sure billing info matches in your profile.
If the above steps do not resolve your payment please submit a ticket subject: Payment solution did not work.
